NVLA 2022 Summer School Enrollment.
Registration Dates for 2022 NVLA Summer School:
- CCSD In-District Registration: Wednesday, April 20, 2022–Tuesday, May 24, 2022
- Out-of-District Registration: Wednesday, April 20, 2022–Thursday, May 19, 2022
Last day to submit online payment: May 26, 2022, at 11:59 p.m.
Summer School Expectations
All classes are conducted online 24/7 through a computer-based learning management program Canvas.
All tests and exams are proctored through the use of the HonorLock system; an ID and a webcam are required.
Students must have access to a computer and the Internet, maintain the pace of coursework, and communicate weekly with the teacher.
All coursework must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. on July 8, 2022.
All students, regardless of grade level, are expected to:
- Actively participate in every class and course discussion boards
- Adhere to curriculum due dates as students may not be able to complete missing assignments once they are locked
- Maintain attendance by submitting assignments in every course, or have 2-way communication (Canvas Inbox, CCSD gmail, Remind, phone) between the student and teacher regarding progress in course.
Dates for classes for 2022 NVLA Summer School:
- Single Session: Tuesday, May 31, 2022–Friday, July 8, 2022
- Final exam day is Tuesday, July 12, 2022, by 11:59 p.m.
ALL tests and final exams will be proctored using HonorLock. Students must have an ID and webcam for HonorLock proctored exams.

Enrolling into NVLA 2022 Summer School
Please carefully read the following steps and gather the complete list of required documents BEFORE arriving on campus as enrollments will not be processed with incomplete information.
Step 1
Students Currently Enrolled at a CCSD School
CCSD In-District Registration: April 20, 2022–May 24, 2022
Current CCSD students will need to see their assigned counselor at their home school to request summer school courses.
Current CCSD students do not need to follow steps 2 -3 below.
Students New to Clark County or from a Charter or Private School
Out-of-District Registration:
April 20– May 19
Register with the school district by going to OLR Link (new OLR for 22-23 SY opens on April 25th). Once you have completed registration you will receive an email from Clark County School District containing the CCSD Online Registration application number, also referred to as the OLR number. You will need this number when you come to complete enrollment into NVLA.
Once you have obtained your OLR number and all required documentation listed in step 2 please come to the NVLA campus, beginning April 20, 2022 - May 19, 2022 between 7:30am to 2:30pm, to enroll.
Step 2
Gather the Following Required Documents
1. Proof of Clark County Residency
(only ONE of the following is required)
- Mortgage statement, Lease agreement, Residential Affidavit*
- NV Energy statement
- Southwest Gas statement
- Water bill
2. Parent Identification
(only ONE of the following is required)
- Driver's License
- State Identification Card
- Passport
3. Student Identification & Documents
(ALL of the following are required)
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records or Exemption Form (download form)
Step 3
A parent/guardian must bring their identification and all required documents from step 2 to the NVLA campus starting on April 20, 2022 - May 19, 2022 between 7:30am and 2:30pm. You will meet with registration to complete the enrollment.

We respectfully request a limit of 2 guests per family due to limited seating and social distancing for the safety of our guests and staff. Please note students are not required to be present during enrollment. Due to the amount of technology in the building we respectfully request no food or drinks at all times.
